Post understanding the problem, our technician visits your house with a set of required tools and hardware. The defect is then inspected by our technician and rectified accordingly in front of you.

Common repair services are as follows:

• Broken or Jammed Handle
• Doors and windows not closing properly

Since home visit requires a team of technician travel to your home, to cover the expenses of our technician we charge Rs.1,000/- per booking but you also get a credit of similar amount which is then deducted from your total expenses. So safe to say that the home visits are absolutely free if you have a genuine requirement.

There is currently no express service. All our technicians confirm the time depending on their available slots after booking but usually arrive in between 24-48 Hours.
